My larger scope professional life started when I became the head of HR for Region Northern Europe and Central Asia. The scope then changed to Northern and Central Europe.
Throughout my professional life, I worked with great people from very diverse backgrounds. Lived through a few major transformations and lead 2 of them. In my private life I take pride in being the board member of TEDxStockholm, with which we hosted a 1100 People yearly TEDx event in Stockholm in 2018.
I work hard for equality and data driven decision making. I value a good employee experience powered by a digital world and unbiased leadership. I find purpose creating a better society with the impact of a people function in large corporations. I believe, if we start changing how we look at people as large corporations, the society will follow.
We have launched a global “people story” program in Ericsson, which aims for internal employee experience and external employer branding. It encompasses a journey that stretches from People Philosophies in the main HR areas like talent management and rewards to the digital infrastructure that our employee experience is constructed.
