StartUp Beasts
Sales Beasts – release the salesperson inside you – Speakers: Trainer Carmen Prodan and Coach Andra Cruceanu

We Love Digital Unirii Hub, 17, Radu Vodă Street , 4th floor

The sale refers to the relationship. Selling refers to ideas. The sale is about you. Simon Sinek says people do not buy what you have to sell, they buy the reason why you offer your product or service. “People do not buy what you do, they buy why you do it!”

In this seminar we will present a Dashboard of the efficient selling process so that our beasts will have a clearer perspective on the following topics of interest:

  • Communication techniques useful to the sales process
  • Exploring customer needs, accurate and complete identification of the sales opportunity.
  • Ways to respond to objections and build credibility
  • Techniques of persuasive presentation of products and services offered
  • Buyer’s motivation to buy the product or service
  • Purchase signals and completion of the sale

Social Media Beasts – Speakers: Mia Munteanu, The Marks Agency and Florin Pețu, Admarks Media

We Love Digital Unirii Hub, 17, Radu Vodă Street , 4th floor

Who is the producer? What’s his story? What does he has to say? From where does he come from? Is it a sustainable company? What are his values? Do I identify myself with his values? Is it this product a responsible one? Here are our questions. But it hasn’t always been like that.

“Will you buy me?” is transformed today into “Will you trust me?”. But how looks the road until establishing a trustworthy relationship between consumers and the organization?

In a hyperlinked world to a crowded market of products, services and offers, “buy me because I’m more natural, more efficient, better for you” is no longer a strong differentiator today.

Contemporary communication is dominated by its visual component, and communication strategies have to put emphasis on what can be immediately conveyed and require a minimal effort on the part of the viewer.

Social networks invite us to rethink how brands start a conversation.

  • Brand story: Define the story your brand will tell and open a conversation
  • Face to face versus Screen to Screen: how social networks influence our behavior, to all
  • Human to Human vs. Desktop to Desktop: Start with you, then you will truly understand your audience

Florin will approach the potential for growth in Google and you will find out:

  • How do users search for products and information?
  • Is Google a good marketing channel?
  • How important is having a well-optimized site?
  • How much does Google influence the growth of a business?
  • The influence of a strong brand on Google.

„You can have brilliant ideas, but if you can’t get them across, your ideas won’t get you anywhere” Lee Iacocca.

Do you want to present your ideas in front of hundreds of people or do you just want to share something to your acquaintances, and you are having troubles? Then we are waiting you to the seminar to discover together the 4 L’s for an efficient communication / public speaking.

  • Learning to deal with our emotions;
  • Learning to structure a presentation;
  • Learning to communicate efficiently by using the para verbal and non-verbal communication;
  • Learning to create impact stories for inspiring others.

Impact of digitization on the job market

Ingenius Hub

The computer, the internet and the mobile phone have impacted the way we live, learn, and work in the last 20 years. Actually, the men evolution was always impacted by technological discoveries: fire, steam engine, electrical energy, evolution of computers and computing power.

Every time they happened, technological discoveries enhanced the leaving standards of communities using them.

Still, this discoveries brought not only benefits, they had also unwanted effects. The common impact of all are the changes in workforce structure. New types of work appeared requiring a specific qualification and uncommon knowledge. In the same time, a number of jobs disappeared, being simplified or replaced by technological discoveries. In this discussion I invite you to analyse the workforce structure; we will see what were the jobs 20 years ago and what are the jobs now and we will understand why some disappeared, others were created and how they replaced one another. At the end we will exercise our imagination to make assumptions on how the job market will look like in 10-20 years.

Workshop organized by Training Center Pro Training and Webarmada

According to the reports and estimates of the main players in the Romanian online market, together with GPeC, the value of online purchases exceeded the threshold of 1.8 billion euros in 2016, almost 30% more than in 2015, when there were registered 1.4 billion euros. Swift Playgrounds – discover the iOS universe by coding it

Small Academy

Apple launched Swift Playgrounds, their educational platform, last year, on September 7th. We tested it and use it in our courses because:

It allows us to teach children programming using fun and games. Children don’t learn coding the way we, adults, do. They react better to games and challenges. Thit is why we think Swift Playgrounds can help us teach programming – it engages in fun and interesting ways.

We can compare and contrast to other visual programming languages for kids such as Scratch. This way, kids become familiar with more than one programming language and we can actually understand which one serves our purpose better.

“When launching a business, one question inevitably appears: Will we set ourselves apart from the rest?”
What makes us better? Why would clients choose US?
The key answer is “competitive advantage”. Everyone has a different competitive advantage and everyone sets themselves apart from the others with important details. It is wise to correlate our advantages with our clients. Then, with a sustained effort and a high quality o service, clients will stay loyal and recommend to others.
In a world living at such high speed, infirmation is everywhere and sales mean, in the modern world, creating a trustworthy environment, differentiating yourself from the rest of the competition and understanding your clients, creating a unique, complete experience.
